Find The Pin In The Rice

Pour uncooked rice in a bowl (about halfway) and then put inside the bowl with the rice, cloth pins (small metal ones)about 20.

Whoever is going to participate, will have to be blindfolded and then put a timer, set the players hands inside the bowl release the timer and say "go" for about a minute. It is really hysterical to see the players trying to grab the metal pins, because for some unknown reason, the pins actually feel like rice. Whoever grabs the most pins, wins.

The first shower I played this game at, they gave each person 60 seconds to get all pins out. It took FOREVER to get through everyone. The second baby shower, we did 30 seconds and it worked a lot smoother. So I would keep the time close to the 30 seconds so it doesn't take so long.

Variation Of The Pin In The Rice Game

Here is a variation of the pin in the rice game. We played it and it is a lot of fun!

Instructions:
1. You get a deep bowl and fill it with rice not cooked!!

2. Put little baby bottles about 7 cm play ones. Use about 5 bottles so it will be hard to find.

3. The first player puts the bowl on top of their head and looks for them. They only have 30 sec to find all 5 off them.

4. The first person to find them in less than 30 sec wins!!
